About the job
You are the first point of contact for new relations and customers who call or email us. You answer questions yourself or ensure that the customer gets to speak to the right colleague. You support teachers, lecturers and students in the optimal use of our learning resources. You are part of the sales and support team and you assist where necessary.
- You are friendly and customer-oriented
- Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written
- You are a good listener
- You are online proficient and handy with Microsoft Office
- You are flexible and can switch quickly
- You are available at least 32 hours a week
